The Data Entry Clerk will assist in extracting data from one medium to enter into another, sometimes utilizing basic research tools. An internet connected computer is required. Work from home with flexible hours. Responsibilities Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods Perform related tasks like ordering office supplies and filing documents Manage and organize records and files Prepare relevant reports as needed Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis KEY JOB QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Strong computer skills Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately Comfortable with office equipment including a computer, telephone, scanner, calculator, and photocopier Strong attention to detail Ability to think analytically Familiarity with call center technology (Zen desk a plus) Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) a plus Strong data entry and typing skills. A friendly, “can do” attitude. EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK AND REQUIREMENTS: Part-time shifts which may include weekend hours. Working hours may be scheduled between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. PST. Part-time hours will typically consist of 20-25 hours per week. Positions are remote and require applicants to work from home or another quiet, work friendly environment. Applicants must possess their own computer with fast connectivity and have a working headset or headphones for phone support. REQUIREMENTS: * Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (preferably including data migration). * Previous experience with Net Suite a plus. * Excellent data entry skills. * A two- or four-year college degree. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
