OVERVIEW Are you an experienced Executive EA looking to join an exciting new project focussed on sustainable e-commerce, that promotes and rewards your successes and efforts? Well, this is the job for you! We have a great new opportunity for an Executive PA who will provide confidential, project, secretarial, and administrative support to the CEO and be her right-hand support in achieving the business mission. We’re currently pushing for a huge growth phase leaving a ton of room for talented individuals to really shine and make themselves invaluable while experiencing and learning from performing high-level tasks! WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Working directly under the business owner, this role will be very dynamic and varied in nature, but some of the tasks you might be expected to perform include: ★ Providing full professional day to day assistance to co-ordinate website & business operations ★ Co-ordinating the day to day running of the website with all stakeholders – eg ensuring the promotions calendar is updated, samples are sent for photography, the designer is briefed on creative etc & promotions go live across the website & socials. ★ Keeping the website & product information updated on Shopify – eg pricing, content, information, policies, adding blogs and generally improving the site on both UK & AU sites. ★ Doing research for new product launches – looking at competitors offering, finding suppliers, getting packaging designed etc – everything to bring new ranges to life! ★ Booking in press releases on a regular basis by following a simple process. ★ Listing products onto new shopping channels, such as Amazon & Wholesale accounts. ★ Diary, email & google drive folder management ★ Developing and implementing new systems and business operations ★ Seeking ways to improve performance through streamlining internal systems and procedures & keeping monday.com board up to date. ★ Investigating new business avenues and approaching partners ★ Ensuring that project deadlines are met ★ Updating documents, budget trackers & monitor stock levels (and then place orders for replenishments with other exec approval and support). ★ Attending meetings as required, preparing minutes, agendas and notes for action; ★ Project administration support including creation of packs (presentations, records, notes) and trackers, ensuring project deadlines are met. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We need a rock star Executive Assistant or eCommerce manager who is looking for a challenge as well as the chance to shine in a company that is promoting a sustainable focus. We are searching for candidates who can work ideally 40+ hours a week so they can really integrate into the role and start to own it. Other requirements include: ★ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in perfect English ★ 2+ years experience in a similar role with a track record of achieving results ★ Hardworking and can pay extreme attention to details ★ Able to manage multiple tasks at once to tight deadlines ★ A quick thinker and a keen learner ★ High-level of computer skills in both Microsoft Office and the Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides etc.) ideally experience with Monday.com or similar task management. ★ Availability is to have a time overlap between 9am to 5pm UK or AEST time. Currently AEST but will be UK time October to Feb due to spending time split between countries. WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
