As a Recruiting Associate for Rinse Inc., you’ll be directly responsible for executing on key tasks of the recruiting process, such as interviewing all potential delivery drivers (valets), pipeline management, and various other HR and administrative tasks. There’s a ton of potential for growth within the company. Must be self-driven & and a self-starter (remote work needs discipline), tech savvy, and able to learn quickly. Sales experience is a plus. MUST BE FLEXIBLE with working hours between 10am and 7pm Pacific Time from Sunday to Thursday.– (www.rinse.com) Requirements: + Need to be able to work Sunday – Thursday from 10 AM PT – 7 PM PT. + Need to have reliable access to the internet and be able to call candidates from a landline/cellphone. + Able to document interview effectively and send out daily reports, templates will be provided. Job Duties: + Conduct phone interviews for applicants who apply to be Valets at various Rinse offices across the country. All interviews will be conducted in English and conversational fluency will be required. + Perform scheduling and onboarding documentation for applicants and new hires in accordance with HR protocols. + Assist in maintaining incoming and outbound communication to existing Applicants. Execute management actions as needed.
