To accelerate our Sales process, we are looking for a part-time Sales Pipeline Manager. The ideal candidate will see themself in all or most of these traits: Organized Some practical Sales experience Strong Time Manager Expert task manager, particularly in keeping others on schedule and on task Self-driven task master Self-starter Strong written and oral communication skills in English Experience working with multiple Director and Executive level stakeholders, both internally and customer-facing Typical tasks will include: Assign action items, share and track completion of steps by others within a pre-defined sales process Collect notes, action items and conclusions during internal and customer meetings Track completion of tasks by others Create and manage salesforce ‘Sales Opportunities’ in Salesforce (CRM) Good to have familiarity with: Salesforce Google Drive, Google Workspaces Slack
