Sales team support, customer support, CRM integration, website and social media management Ideal candidate must speak English fluently and be internet saavy, must be able to work independently from written instructions, must be able to answer incoming calls between 9am and 6pm EST Monday to Friday. Must have the skills and ability to handle all incoming emails, route emails to intended recipient, immediately respond to incoming leads via telephone, text message and email. Route leads to sales consultants. Manage existing business website and social media accounts to drive internet traffic. Solicit reviews from existing customers. Integrate various CRMs and marketing tools. We currently use Hubspot, solar reviews, get the referral app and grade.us Must be flexible, be ready for change, be reliable, excellent communication skills.
