We’re a small event management and marketing agency located in the Denver metro area that serves about 15 high-tech clients in Silicon Valley. One of our offerings is Salesforce.com administration. We’re seeking a Salesforce.com administrator for about 20 hours per week (4 hours per weekday) to serve one of our cloud computing security clients for about six months or so. The duration of the work might be shorter or longer than six months — it just depends on what our client’s needs are. Our California-based client is looking for a person who can help them with the Salesforce.com tasks below. – Daily, morning review of new leads in Salesforce.com to identify those that might have been incorrectly routed to the wrong owner. – Assigning new lead owners and changing statuses for misrouted leads. – Documenting the root causes of misrouted leads and sharing with key stakeholders for diagnosis and resolution in LeanData (CRM routing software). – Working with inside sales reps to ensure leads get rapid follow-up. – Monitoring inactive sales users and re-assigning leads from departing employees. – Monitoring lead queues and re-assigning leads that end up in queues (should be assigned directly to owners). Our client might need more help than what is outlined above, but this is what they’ve told us about so far. They are looking to get started in the next week or so.
