I am looking for someone that can help me to look for investment opportunities. I am looking for potential properties with specific metrics that could potentially turn into profitable rents. I am in Guadalajara City and I am starting my adventure in real state investment. I am looking for houses that meet the following criteria: * more meters of construction than meters of land * price per constructed square meter should be preferably less than $600 USD ($12,000 pesos) These houses should be searched on the internet in different search engines, like inmuebles24.com, propiedades.com, Facebook marketplace, vivanuncios.com. I need all the entries with complete information, if the information is not complete on the webpage, a call or message to the seller will be needed in order to get the missing information: * square meters of land * square meters of construction * Link to the advertisement where you found this property * Physical Address (street, exterior number, and city area) * specify if the property is in a corner or not I need you to enter the data of these properties in an excel sheet I am looking for a list of 300 entries.
