Hello future Topdotian We are urgently seeking a remote sales recruiter to help gather all of our recruiting efforts under one person. We are currently looking to fill at least three sales positions along with several others. We are at the moment using Indeed, Ziprecruiter, facebook jabs, snag jobs, glassdoor, and craigslist as our mediums to post for hire ads….. It is not going so well. We are all over the place with budgeting, scheduling missed opportunities. We would like a dynamic experienced and organized person to help us with the following: Draft along with the help of the copywriter compelling for hire ad copy. Different ads will be used for different platforms i.e. smaller long versions for sales, longer ones, for admin positions. etc. Use existing hiring platforms as described above to post for hire ads with a budget given by Topdot. Be the lead admin on such platforms and manage resumes/ applicants as they come in Source new recruiting platforms and help Topdot HQ team to create accounts, upload media and graphics and add those platforms to our base. Make certain all Topdot Recruiting platforms Topdot pages are complete with icons banners headers footers. about our mission statement etc. etc. We want to make sure we are not just recruiting everywhere and anywhere and want to make certain that the viewers/ potential candidates have a lasting impression of the Topdot brand. Screen resumes and select candidates that match the list of Topdot’s wish list to hires. Send introductory email to potential candidates or message on initial platform to initiate a virtual 5 minute interview If candidates qualify after your video interview with time we would like to have the new Topdot recruiter request the candidates to submit a 60 second video on why they believe we would be a good fit both ways Once Topdot HQ has received all of the wish list candidates 60-second videos along with their resumes Topdot will reach out to the recruiter with the request list of in person interviews if possible. The goal for this in person interview is to spend thirty minutes with the candidate in our office here in the San Francisco bay area to give us one more chance at getting a better idea of if the candidate and Topdot are a good fit.Topdot spends quite a bit of capital and resources on each person that is brought on board therefore we are very discerning of our new hires. Once the candidate passes the final interview we give them an offer letter and a start date. Little bit about Topdot, the who the what the where the how the why. Our goal was and remains to be the most innovative, impressive and admired home improvement services organization in America. We offer a plethora of manufacturers for home residential solar and battery options to forever do a way with the carbon footprint homeowners add to when using archaic, aging and inefficient energy providers that burn fossil fuels. Our headquarters are in the east bay thirty minutes or less from San Francisco, Oakland, Palo Alto and San Jose. Our facility features over 16K square feet of space that is divided into two buildings with a full gym showers, steam room, barber shop, break room lounge, training facilities, upgraded and enhanced with covid precautions and two much more for us to list here. We want to make sure we are competitive with our recruiting efforts, and build toward having a very professional, corporate image, while also making sure we let others know that this is a fun place to work, safe place to work and a place where you can truly see change in your lifetime and make a fortune doing it. We do not have any non-salary or non-hourly positions. Most of the companies in our industry that are our size do not offer hourly base pay benefits, or W-2 pay, usually just commission only for entry level sales door to door candidates or even experienced ones. the industry is dominated by a demographic that is 17-35 men and women that have hobbies or interests like sports outdoors, happy, etc etc Potential candidates would either display on their resume or their 5-minute interview with you a cheery positive disposition, can do attitude, and ambition willingness to work, hard , make a great living, and of course the number one most important characteristic no problem speaking with people in person, to educate them about the benefits of going solar. looking for only one individual to work remotely 15-30 hours a week or more.
