You will be responsible for various tasks within Serviced Accommodation business to include; -Guest communication -Dealing with clients -Payment processing -Spreadsheet/log maintenance -Changes to reservations -Management of complaints -Dealing with refund requests as required -Managing cleaning schedules -Ensuring access for clients -Check ins/check outs, early access and late check outs -Working with cleaning and maintenance teams -Help with marketing and business development -You will be responsible for making calls (via wifi) and following up with clients -You will be required to respond to emails, maintain spreadsheets and any other tasks that are required. -You may be requested to pick up ad hoc tasks not related to the above. -Any other tasks as required. You need to be familiar with the use of Word, Excel, Email and Client relationships development and maintenance. You will be trained on the role. You must be proactive, use initiative, have a good attention to detail and ask questions if unsure. You must have good and stable wifi connection and access to phone, whatsapp and wifi system on your phone as well as laptop. Work will be mainly evening UK time 5-10pm and 1 full day a week 9am UK time till late (9 or 10pm). You may be required to work on rota so flexibility is essential in this role.
