I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to transcribe some contract offering documents for real estate purchases in Oregon, USA. I have PDF documents and I want them formatted into Microsoft Word documents, preserving much of the formatting. The documents attached plus some others. The documents I want to transcribe into word are attached. Here are some things to consider about the assignment: – If you use a conversion tool, there will likely be many typos and transcriptions errors, but I am looking for a word-for-word transcription. – I want to remove any tables, special formatting, boxes or anything other any plain text. – The documents should not be formatted as forms – The documents should not have any passwords or special restrictions – All lines (like this ______________ ) should be made of individual _ _ _ and not a pre-formatted line. – All of the numbers on the lefthand side of the documents should be removed. – Sale Agreement# box on the top right can be removed from all docs/pages – The images on the top left of the page can be removed from all docs/pages – The Buyer Initials and Seller Initials should be re-produced on every page where it exists on the PDFs – Everything below the buyer/seller initials boxes should be removed from all documents, except a footer that says "Residential Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement" and page number
