The company: You will be working with a young and international team with exciting European startup-clients (3 team members per each project). We run the company on Agile methodologies, therefore expect daily 5-min standups and end-of-the-week meetings. Responsibilities: As a talent acquisition specialist, you will communicate with, attract and interview candidates on various platforms: LinkedIn, Indeed, Experteer, FB, Github, etc for startup roles in Tech, Product, Data, etc in Europe. Ideal Profile: * Fluent English * Additional language would be a plus (French, Spanish, German – an advantage) * Entrepreneurial and self-driven (will not need hand-holding) * Previous Startup Experience in any role (not necessarily HR) * Any previous Tech experience is a plus * LinkedIn know-how is a must * Knowledge/experience with Slack, Clickup, etc a PLUS. * Based in EUR (company is on BST time) What we offer: * Fully remote work * Work any hours you want * Pro-rata payments (Based on hours you work) * Direct exposure to some of the best European startup clients * Direct working relationship with "Forbes 30 under 30" entrepreneur founder * A chance to join the company’s profile on LInkedIn, promote your work and develop your CV * Professional Development courses for HR
