Calling is GMT +8 office hour timing. You will be calling a list of cold contacts which will be provided. These contacts have basic policy and you are to call to educate them to upgrade and enhance their policy. it is expected that you will do one appointment per hour at a minimum. An experienced agent does 1 per hour. Goal is to set face to face appointment for our consultant, Contact list and call script as well as reading materials on the topic will be provided. For each successful appointment setting, additional bonus is paid for any appointments made and secure for meeting. Also, note that agents who cannot produce appointments of at least 1 per 8 hours of work will be removed from the campaign. That is far below the performance of an average agent.
