This is a cold calling telemarketing job. The job is for a High Scaling Real Estate Company. We specialize wholesaling residential properties. We target distressed and motivated properties and sellers. This is an online job so you can work this wherever is a quiet place to make & pick up quick calls, you should also have internet and a computer as in the future we will teach you have to scale your own leads, we will give you a toll number (or you can use your phone, we cover expenses) and scripts and information to prep. Along with weekly updates via online video calls and etc. Opportunity: As we are a growing company, we do plan on if finding the right person, we want to bring them on a part time or full time as we scale the business in the next few months. This leaves huge opportunity for you if you’re willing to put the work in and have drive and ambition for success. We will also add bonuses, commissions, and incentives for deals as we scale long term. We will: -How to speak on phone to potential sellers -Teach you how to close deals -Give you scripts, videos and resources to learn -Future to earn and learn Timetable: -Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Sunday (5 days a week) (40 hours a week) -10AM-6PM PST or 11PM-7PM PST You will start by: (30-90 days): -8 Hours of calling, 5 days a week, 40 hours per week, 160 hours per month. (You will have a script) -Following up with the calls throughout the week Monday-Friday 11AM- 7PM. -Build a rapport for each caller that picks up and is interested in selling their property & schedule an appointment for our team to go and check out the property and close the deal. (We will teach you and offer script, videos and other resources) Future: (90+ days): -Same as above -Find personal leads through our online references (We will teach you) -Following up with the calls throughout the week Monday-Friday 9AM- 5PM. -Build a rapport for each caller than possible send offer and close deal if interest is high enough, if not record them in our system to follow up and our team will close them personally. (We will teach you and offer script, other resources) Skills needed: -Fluent in English -Phone closing skills -Phone following up skills -Skip trace -Tech savvy -Computer savvy -Emailing sellers -Friendly -Good communication skills -Organization -Ability to multitask Great skills but not needed: -How to use Mojo Dialer -How to use Podio CRM Assets needed: -Phone -Internet -Computer Salary: -Negotiable but we would like to be under or around $700 a month.
