A truly unique opportunity is available on a 100% commission job paid on each company or person that you get interested in our service. We are located in Ontario, Canada so there is a time difference. The best part is that the service sells itself. It is a B2B sales job offering property owners and tenants the opportunity for us to reduce their property tax bill without it costing them. The way we get paid is by billing the client for a percentage of the savings we can achieve for the property i.e. if we save them $1000, we bill them for $400. The way the service works is 1) we represent the property in an appeal process. 2) If we are successful in the appeal, they save money and we bill them for a percentage of those savings (typically 40%). If we are not successful in the appeal, the client pays nothing. Therefore, this is a NO WIN – NO FEE service you are offering to the market. It is easy to sell. You will be paid for each warm lead that you create from our cold call list. So if someone is interested, you take down their information and you get paid. We pay $10 per lead generated (commercial, industrial, investment properties). Typically, our sales people have 30 to 100 leads generated per month depending on the hours they work. We have targeted properties with some information available such as address, some phone numbers, type of property, etc. The sheet we currently have has about 9000 leads and is on a google sheet you would be following. You need to know how to use google sheets for this job. The pitch you would make on a cold call is simple: 1) You look for the owner or decision-maker of the business you are calling 2) You ask them if they would be interested in this service that doesn’t cost them anything 3) If they are interested you take down their information and send that warm lead to us Please answer the following questions when applying for this job.
