I’m a general contractor looking for assistance in running my business. I’m trying to put together a team of specialists to handle a variety of administrative responsibilities. I intend to have a completely virtual office and administrative staff. Full-time placements will involve the following responsibilities: 1. Recruiting for skilled trades 2. Plan ahead of time 3. Estimation and Takeoffs for Projects 4. Project Management on the Cloud 5. Chief financial officer 6. Market Research 7. Web Design and Development 8. V.A 9. Managing Incoming Calls etc. I’ve been wearing all the hats and now have a staff of nine. I’m aiming to put together a team that can help me achieve even more healthy growth.
