Busy entrepreneur seeking US based VA to help me with running my life and certain aspects of my company. Documentation, video training, and live Zoom calls will be provided to assist you with learning. Example tasks: – Scheduling appointments – Sending tracking numbers – Following up with customers / vendors – Updating online production management system – Buying things online – Online research – Form completion – New account setup with vendors – Miscellaneous tasks as needed Required: – Proficient with basic computer programs like Microsoft Office and online applications – Able to type at least 50 WPM – Friendly phone presence and able to make calls – Available between 9am – 4pm PST
