VA for Shopify dropshipping store, Karachi

Hello! I am looking for someone to help with administrative tasks for our New Zealand dropshipping store. The store supplies a large number of products from 5 different suppliers all located in New Zealand. Key tasks that we are looking for are the following – Updating Shopify store with price changes / adding new products to the store. – Informing customers if a product is out of stock/delayed. – Emailing suppliers with updates on some orders / following up. – Answering general customer enquiries with updates to their emails Key skills that would be suitable – Fluent in English, and excellent email communication – Experience with Shopify / Gorgias customer service app – Experience with Google Sheets This will potentially be a long term position if the right candidate is found with flexible hours of around 7 – 10 per week to start.
