I’m looking for a VA that is resourceful and dependable, and available between 8am-12pm Monday – Friday. Must be in an American time zone. This job will consist of: – Invoicing for multiple companies – Driver Settlements – Organizing Report data – HR assistance with driver onboarding – Monthly quickbooks reconciliation – Special projects as the come This is a long term part-time position. 15-20 hours per week -Knowledge of Google suites required. -Knowledge Quickbooks and ZOHO preferred. -Must have great connection access to internet -Must be able to understand and speak English fluently Please only respond is you have the experience and can commit the the work schedule.
