Job Title: Video Searching & Researcher Department: Creative Research Team Reports To: CEO – Harry Jung 1. Purpose: Will be responsible for searching relevant videos which can create a meaningful idea in expressing a concept for video advertising. The position will also be responsible in gathering videos from youtube, stock video sources that will become part of our video ads that persuade customers to make purchase. Researcher will be excellent at finding video sources online and also coming up with storyboarding of video ads. The objective of this is to create video ads that are fresh (fighting against ad fatigue) and also brings new angles to selling services. Storyboarding and new advertising angle creation are related tasks for this position. 2. Direct Reports: NO 3. Key Result Areas: • Will be responsible for searching for new and innovative ideas on adding and finding video from various sources. • Will come up with a video story line which gives meaningful and unique idea. • Knows & aware of various video search tips, which helps in finding relevant videos. • Has the ability to plan the creative content and help the video editor to work on it in creating the right content. • Has the ability to come up with right source content • Responsible for conveying same product idea in new ways. 4. Main Interactions – Internal: 5. Qualifications: At least a graduate with a creative background. Technical qualification is added. 6. Experience & Knowledge: • The candidate must have a creative inclination • The candidate must be able to interpret concepts easily • The candidate must possess a proven background of video researcher • The candidate must possess a good representation & presentation skill. • The candidate must be tech savvy with awareness of technological changes & advancement happening around. • Very good communication skills • Quick learner with good technical understanding • Good research background with great analytical skills. 7 .
