Rogue Board Company is looking for an experienced, resourceful, research and support rockstar for our portfolio of brands. You will provide administrative assistance while working remotely alongside our team of independent contractors. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, is super organized, and has a basic understanding of marketing/ecommerce. As our Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting us with: – Data Entry – Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable – Internet Research – Customer support – Answer phones, take messages and respond to emails – Sales Support / Outbound call appointments – Social Media posting, commenting and liking (TBD or temporary, we plan on having a marketing team) – Experience in Ecom (Shopify/WooCommerce) a plus – Potential for more duties as needed More about us: Since 2008, we’ve been hyper focused on building high quality watersports equipment and accessories that provides the best in class performance at an unmatched value.
