Small, but quickly growing, accounting firm looking for someone to assist with administrative tasks on an ongoing basis. Here are details on a few projects I would like to tackle first: 1. Organizing and maintaining our digital files. As of now, we use OneDrive, however, I would prefer to integrate to using Google Drive. The files are not too messy but need some restructuring and uniformity. 2. Developing and drafting day-to-day processes. Work for this project will include assisting with drafting day-to-day processes, SOPs, client forms, call/email scripts, and the like. 3. I’ve implemented using ClickUp for project management a few months ago and could use some aid in setting up this program efficiently. I would like to take the processes developed and create them in ClickUp for implementation. These are just a few projects to begin. The ideal candidate would be a ClickUp Guru who loves creating processes so that one can work smarter and not harder! This person would have to be available for conference calls at least 3 times a week for the first few weeks as constant communication will be necessary for these projects.
