Looking for an Organized, Professional Administrative Assistant to Support Two Executives! Are you an organized multi-tasker who enjoys a variety of responsibilities? If so, we have a need for a part-time Administrative Assistant who will support the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations. This is a 30-40 hour/week, temporary position (up to three months) WITH OPPORTUNITY FOR A LONGER ASSIGNMENT. Responsibilities include: • Managing appointments, expenses and organizing calendars • Meeting preparation including support with agendas and pre-read materials • Support on operational projects including gathering information from the team and following up on project deliverables • Organizing emails and files • Liaising with Marketing Department to support with presentations and social media channels • Providing email responses, with direction provided on content To be the best fit for this role you need: • Previous experience in an administrative position • Strong proficiency with Microsoft products, in particular Excel and Outlook. Experience with Word and PowerPoint also required • An ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing • A high regard for accuracy and quality • Effective time management and organizational skills • To be able to embrace variety in tasks • To be willing to sign an NDA and Confidentiality Agreement • To be open to working on a schedule that allows some overlap of time with the VPs who are located in the Eastern Time Zone If you are interested in this assignment, please send a cover letter and resume outlining your interest in the position and fit with our requirements.
