Virtual Administrative Assistant *Flexible hours; Work From Home* We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to help with scheduling appointments with clients and our resume writers. You will also be helping with invoicing customers, and with responding to incoming inquiries over the phone and via email. We want to work closely with you as you will be considered part of our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: – Respond to customer inquiries and requests. We have easy email templates to use – Answer incoming inquiries over the phone and return voicemails – Schedule appointments with clients and our resume writers – Send invoices to customers (we utilize Square) – Update data entry/maintain customer database MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: – Experience managing complex calendars, appointment setting, and/or scheduling – Excellent communication/writing skills since you will be responding to customer emails (templates) – Technically savvy (experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Square, or Acuity Scheduling) NICE TO HAVE (not mandatory) – Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot – Experience with invoicing
