We’re looking for a friendly virtual assistant with excellent communication skills, Hardworking, Diligent and with an upbeat attitude. As a virtual assistant working from your home office, you’ll be helping customers through email in a professional manner by providing service for those who want more information on our latest terms and condition. We’ll provide equipments needed, two weeks training and other important things you need to succeed in this position. As you resume work with us, you’re self employed because your availability is flexible which makes you balance your day-to-day activities. We’re a fast growing electronic shop online with best and unique items for sale. We vend electronics and gaming items. This items are listed at best and affordable price for our old and entry customers. This is a part-time remote position. Expected hours approximately 20-25 hours weekly, but may vary with tasks at hand. You must posses a good communication skill and be able to work well with computers. Lastly, good job success is always commended in order to encourage hard work and also to make our customers happy. Job duties; -Quickly help customers with good solutions through email. -Solve problems in a creative way and updating customers regarding a placed order to ensure customers expectations are met. -Document details of customer interactions in the appropriate systems. -Managing daily schedule which includes; Time, meeting and calendar planning. -You must be honesty, initiative, flexibility, responsibility and confidentiality in all areas.
