We are seeking an experienced, virtual assistant to assist with executing administrative tasks of the business. Skills/Attributes Desired: 1. Proactive communicator. 2. Strong attention to detail. 3. Fast and accurate data entry skills. 4. Highly organised and shows great initiative. 5. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team. 6. Previous experience in a hotel or real estate environment, although not essential as training is provided. 7. Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Google Workspace and online tools. 8. Excellent word processing skills. 9. Process-oriented who loves automating tasks to make workflows more efficient. 10. Excellent verbal and written English.
