Our digital marketing agency is looking for a virtual assistant to join our team. We are based out of Michigan, so we are looking for someone who can work ET hours. Our agency services 20 clients across several industries from non-profits to pet stores. We need a content writer who can write blog posts each month about different topics related to digital marketing and social media, STI/ HIV, spa services, and the pet industry. Our articles are very in depth, so the ideal candidate must be able to write well-researched articles with clear examples, data and statistics. This will be a part-time role for a two-week test and will move into a full-time role with our company if it is a good fit. All of this work will be done remotely during set hours, which will be determined before the hire date. We will have mandatory weekly team meetings over Google Meet every Monday at 6:30 PM EST. As part of the interview process, the candidate will perform a paid test for two weeks. During this time, we will assign blog writing and email marketing tasks, amongst other administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities: – Set Up Email Marketing Campaigns – Managing chat window on website and cold email campaign replies – Must be able to create images in Canva and/or photoshop/illustrator – Research article and content ideas for blog posts and email – Create email marketing campaigns in Active Campaign – Research popular hashtags – Write status updates for social media posts – Experience with Active Campaign, Dubsado, WordPress, Asana, Zapier, Agorapulse, Social Media Marketing and Advertising (Willing to train those with minimum experience) – Experience writing and posting blog articles in WordPress Able to create and improve existing powerpoints, workbooks, and other marketing materials Along with your resume, please provide: -Two Samples of Email Marketing Campaigns -Two Samples of Blog Posts -Two Samples of Social Media Graphics -One Larger Format Graphic Please send the above requested items with your application to be considered.
