Hello, I live in Australia, but currently have a lot on my plate as I have 3 clients in the US that all have different needs. I’m also growing a small software company, all while learning to be a new dad. I am looking to see if a virtual assistant could help reign in some of my craziness. I’ve used virtual assistants in the past, and I’ve had mixed results. I am admittedly a little nervous about the quality that I expect to encounter. That being said, I’m patient and understand that these things have a learning curve. I will need you to US hours, being available from 10am to 6:00pm. —– Zapier Automation Tasks One of my clients is a PR agency that has a lot of systems integrated together using Zapier. They have some of the most consistent needs. I will sometimes need you to be available to respond to changes or updates they request as necessary. You MUST be very familiar with configuring Zapier Zaps. Familiarity with all of the following platforms is not required, but would be a big plus. * Calendly * MemberSpace * MailChimp * Stripe * Google Calendar * Google Sheets * SquareSpace * HubSpot * GoDaddy * Duda Please indicate your familiarity with each of these platforms. —– Weekly Summary Emails To Clients Each week, I want to send clients a nicely written summary of the work that was done for them in the previous week, and potentially the plan for the upcoming week. This will require you having a conversation with me via webinar, Slack, or whatever other means, and then write the email. I will want to review the email, make any changes, and have you send it to the correct people. —– Help Finding Potential Customers For my new software product that I’m working on, I will want help identifying potential customers, researching their contact details, corresponding with them, and setting times to have conversations and demos. This will also be true for finding additional consulting clients. Sometimes you’ll need to reach out as me, and sometime you’ll need to reach out as yourself. —– General Personal Assisting Tasks It is possible that I will want you to do things like send flowers to people, or research things to purchase, or book reservations and travel. It will likely be infrequent, but certainly possible. —– As you can see, I’m looking for someone who: * Is Proficient with technology, especially Zapier * Is Perfectly fluent in written English (without sounding overly formal) * Will think for themselves and won’t need me to dictate the actual text of every email. * Will be willing to explore forums, LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, Slack Workspaces to help me find customers. * Understands that some weeks will be less busy than others. * Understands that not every single thing that I’ll want you to do has been thought of when writing this description.
