Virtual Assistant for Marketing Team, Lahore

We’re on the hunt for a virtual assistant who has experience working with a marketing team. We unofficially call this our "million little things" person because our VA will handle the important, but low-level things we don’t have time to get done. This includes tasks like: * Sending out emails to get us guest posting opportunities * Cataloging any brands and influencers we mention in our content so that we can shout them out on social media * Creating branded links for our infographics * Performing outreach to share our research, reports, and infographics * Resizing images * Performing web research to help us track down other publicity opportunities * Transform blog posts into multimedia content There are tons of other little things that may come up everyday, or maybe once a month… Important stuff! Yet, these kinds of tasks often end up at the bottom of the to-do list and never actually end up getting done. So, we’re looking for someone who: 1. Can commit up to 10 hours a week handling those important "little things" 2. Is consistent and reliable so we don’t have to remind you what needs to be done every week 3. Is online DAILY at least an hour of every day when we’re online (7AM to 5PM EST) 4. Is available for a check-in a couple times a month 5. Is available to help with special projects as they arise 6.
