Job Responsibility: Aggregate customized “Action Items” and resources from a google docs database for current clients on a daily basis. Arranging information into consumable formats such as slideshows, workbooks, slide decks Internet Research and Light Data Entry ABOUT YOU: For this position, you must possess the following qualities to be successful: Have excellent written communication and grammar skills Be able to determine what information is important Great written communication Fast implementer & Self-starter Dependable & trustworthy Detail-oriented ABOUT THE POSITION: Content Management Social Media Research Internet research Organizing and creating file systems and SOPs Light Project management Google Drive management Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role Familiarity with social media platforms Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (Word press, MS Office, Google Suite) Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (i.e. Google Calendar) Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills Excellent time management skills Solid organizational skills Excellent tech skills
