Always follow through and hold yourself and other accountable • Clients First: Always put the client’s needs first Essential Job Functions • Manage the social media handles and upload properties and engage audience. • Generate investor leads online • Supporting sales team by managing customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set template. • Creating and sending contracts to perspective investors. • Data entry and data management within our CRM system • Creating and scheduling of email and SMS campaigns of new investment opportunities. • Manage appointments, schedule and send reminders • Building marketing lists using several programs, including PropStream and Excel. • Writing processes and SOPs and creating process flow charts. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports Essential Skills • Intermediate efficiency in Excel • Experience/ working knowledge with Zoho One apps o CRM o Campaigns o Zoho Sign o Work Drive • Social Media posting and management • Must know how to do process flow charts and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Job Requirements • Prior experience in a similar role in the real estate industry • Willing to work in my time zone.
