Looking for a VA for a tutoring company with great all-round and communication skills, fluent in English. Familiarity with Google Sheets, Facebook group management, Convertkit, Zapier, and video editing are highly desirable, but training will be provided. Hours will start at around 7-10 per week, but there is scope to increase depending on performance! Tasks will include: 1) Approving and welcoming members to a Facebook group 2) Updating and tracking KPIs for sales team 3) Uploading lesson recordings to Kajabi 4) Scheduling email content via ConvertKit 5) Scheduling social content via Facebook and Hootsuite 6) Spotting opportunities in a free Facebook group and notifying sales team 7) Editing video testimonials for paid ads 8) Troubleshooting automation issues on Zapier 9) Updating CRMs for new and existing clients 10) Checking clients have access to the learning portal 11) Creating Facebook events for clients 12) Tracking payments via Stripe
