Job description: I have a stationery business and I’m looking for someone that could gather information about potential stores that would be interested in carrying my products. Your role is to reach out to them by email, do follow ups and keep everything organized on spreadsheets. 1-2 hours a week. Responsibilities: – Research potential buyers and gather information such as: *First and Last name of person in charge *Company name *Email address *Phone number *Address *Company website + Social media *Industry type *Dates (first contacted, follow ups) – Reach out to stores by email and send them our catalog; – Do follow ups; – Keep track of communication and information on Excel or Google Sheets. Requirements: – Virtual assistance experience – Good communication skills – Good in research – Organized – Email management – Experience on generating leads Stores to focus on: Primarily USA and Canada. Europe is secondary. Stores to look out for: paper/stationery stores, coffee shops, bookstores, florists, clothing stores, etc. The goal is to drive sales and build a relationship with current and future buyers.
