USA Based Real Estate Company is expanding its Marketing Team and seeking an experienced Marketing VA to run its Marketing Department. We currently have 1 other Marketing VA but are seeking a candidate to manage and lead the Department. The successful candidate will have experience within a Real Estate Investment Organization as either a Marketing VA or Marketing Manager previously. This position is not one where you will be given daily orders and tasks, the candidate will need to be a Self-Starter and set their Goals and Time Requirements to achieve their metrics. The role is in charge of the day to day functions of Marketing for the Company, as well as, planning and budgeting for the upcoming Months Marketing Campaigns. Having the ability to create Excel Reports and Graphs to Interpret our Data Performance and Lead Generation will put you ahead of other Candidates for this Role. This is not a part-time role and looking for someone who wants to work with 1 company for the long term and help us grow and expand in our Industry. Description: • Manage Marketing Team • Maintain, Organize, and Update the Database of Marketing Data Both Acq and Dispo. • Ensuring Openers and Follow Up Specialists have proper data to achieve their goals • Ensuring Closers have consistent leads in their channel • Create & Manage Monthly and Weekly Marketing Campaigns from Start to Finish • Ensure Marketing Phone Numbers are Not Spammed and Clean and Replace • Update our DNC file Regularly • Update Marketing Data with Invalid and Valid Codes to ensure we are not Re-Marketing • Organize Marketing and Help Supervisor Strategize Campaign Releases and Messages • Research and Provide Insight into New Marketing Efforts and Messaging • Provide Weekly and Monthly Reporting on Marketing KPIs, Costs, and Deal Tracking • Take Initiative for new Tools needed to make Department run more efficient and productive • Create and Improve Marketing Processes and workflows • Work with Each Department Manager to Enhance Marketing and Meet Dept Needs. • Work with Outside Vendors for Software or Tool Improvement for Mkt Dept to Function and meet Metrics • Hire any Vendors needed for Dept • Work with HR for onboarding and training any new team members. Requirements: • Own a good Computer with 8GB of RAM • Have headset and webcam • Have solid and good internet for communication • Must Be Excel Expert able to create reports, trackers, multi-sheet workbooks • Prior Experience with Real Estate Marketing • Attention to Detail • Highly Organized and Efficient • Self Starter and Highly Motivated
