Virtual Assistant For Self Storage Looking to hire a tech-savvy virtual assistant who is fluent in English who can help build a self-storage real estate owner’s contact list by researching the web, following instructions, and data scrapping to compile a neat excel file. The virtual assistant must be independent, take initiative, committed and highly organized. They will be asked to help with general admin tasks The virtual assistant’s main duties will be to watch and follow instructions on loom videos and follow a word document protocol to collect self-storage owner contacts based on the criteria that we are searching for in certain locations. Looking for someone to assist with the technical pieces of setting up systems + a task check list in Asana software. Compensation commensurate with experience. Skills Required: * English speaking, grammar, and writing skills * Google Drive,, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint * Loom, Zoom and Voxer communication * Strong Communication Skills and able to prioritize task in Asana with deadlines * Build Asana software systems * LinkedIn Lead generations + messages based on owner contacts Main Tasks: #1. RAW DATA: Building your List with Owner Contact Info. #2. DATA SCRUBBING: Manually narrowing down the list. #3. LINKEDIN: Message outreach and search #4. SYSTEMS: Aid in putting together beginner systems into Asana [ Must be willing + able to learn] #5 EXCEL: Put together neat excel sheets with the owner contacts Compensation and Work Load: * Compensation based on experience, Paid, a trial period to start. * 6-10 hours per week to start * Pay once or twice per Month via UpWorks invoice * Monthly 30 min meeting check-in zoom meeting
