Hello! Thank you for reading this job placement. I am looking for virtual administrative and phone support. I will some help by scheduling phone calls/Zoom meetings with potential investors from a list of contacts that will be provided. Additional tasks include scheduling and calendar management, some data entry into CRM, proofreading or formatting correspondence/email, sending text or phone reminders of important meetings/events. Experience with LinkedIn and other social media a plus. Good phone demeanor required and generally pleasant to speak and communicate with. Additional tasks as required. We are a real estate development and investment company. We work with investors to raise capital for our development investments in industrial real estate. We have contracted with a consulting company to provide us with contacts who would be potential investors in our projects.
