Hello, my name is Sascha, and I am searching a virtual assistant. I am the managing director of an agency and I need personal assistance that takes on various tasks that I can no longer take care of due to time restrictions. About us: We are doing projects in the digital world: – Website building – Ecommerce marketing – Social Media Marketing – etc. I am looking for a long term virtual assistant to complete small tasks as well as bigger projects that are anticipated to require approximately for the beginning 3 -5 hours per week. The work will include the following: – Admin Support / Project Management with other freelancers (for example ordering a Logo with Upwork) – Transcript voice messages in documents for customers – Quality Assurance / Editing & Proofreading – Web Research – If possible: writing emails and social media posts – If you wish: getting your own projects Skills required: – Native or bilingual German skills, conversational English skills – Good knowledge of digital marketing – Flexible communication, for example by using telegram – Reliable and high quality work When we work well together the hours can be increased.
