Reporting directly to business owner, the Virtual Assistant will support all aspects of the business’s growth & development, including general administrative support, website maintenance, internet research, social media, email marketing & management, affiliate marketing, digital marketing and copy-writing. He or she will also be an all-around creative and ideally, will have some basic graphic-design and video editing ability. Finally, the VA should be entrepreneurial, having the ability to confidently communicate any ideas that contribute to business success. This is a great opportunity for a talented person to broaden his/her skill set by taking increasing levels of responsibility and driving strategy for an emerging business with an in-demand products. Key Responsibilities/Duties: • Execute digital strategies that increase brand and product awareness for the purpose of generating new sales. • Create content and manage social media sites to build real traffic, interest, and links back to the company’s web properties; perform website maintenance as necessary • Track conversions and proactively suggest improvements to all of the company’s digital platforms. • Oversee the social media strategy for the company, including management of online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness. • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. • Review new technologies, news, trends, and algorithm changes in order to drive strategy and advise on best practices and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. • Provide valuable input for marketing strategy planning with department team members and senior leadership • Develop and execute link building strategy (Internal and External) • Proactively seek innovative, new media solutions to test, presenting business cases for those opportunities to senior management • Own and manage direct response marketing campaigns from ideation to execution • Develop, implement and manage Social Media marketing campaigns and blog strategy Requirements • English proficiency • Results-oriented self-starter who is confident in defending his/her critical thinking abilities • Entrepreneurial mindset supported by a strong business acumen and work ethic • Outstanding organizational skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills • Advanced user of Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and other SEO tools • Experience managing vendors or agency experience
