Trinity First Realty specializes in Real Estate Wholesaling in Maryland. We are looking for a motivated Virtual Agent who will be responsible for cold calling, sending email/text blasts, and other forms of marketing in order to generate leads for wholesaling deals. The applicant must have experience with Hubspot and RingCentral. Other related tasks will be assigned. Additional monetary incentives are included if leads produce 2 or more deal closings per month. – Real Estate knowledge preferred – Must have experience with Hubspot and RingCentral – Must have at least 3 years of customer service experience – Must be able to apply aggressive sales tactics – Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills – Must be organized and possess good time management – Must be efficient in Excel and CRM – Bachelor’s Degree preferred
