Thank you for your interest in this job post. Two full-time Writer Virtual Assistant roles for a full-service digital marketing agency to be filled immediately. Training provided As a Virtual Assistant, you will be mainly providing the design, development, and marketing managers the following administrative support: – handling emails, calendars, and internal communications across teams – taking notes, conducting research, and creating presentations for meetings – Using project management tools to coordinate tasks – Using marketing management tools to schedule and implement media operations As a content manager/writer, you will learn to research for and create the following pieces of contents in different formats: – How-to Carousels/Videos/Articles – Compare and Contrast Carousels/Videos/Articles – Product Review Carousels/Videos/Articles – Question and Answer Carousels/Videos/Articles Ultimately, you should be able to develop a streamlined process that are repeatable for each project with the following responsibilities: – Respond to support tickets, change requests, and QA inspections for digital products – Perform audience research for a given niche – Create highly relevant and high-quality drafts of Carousels/Videos/Articles – Revise, schedule the publication, and repeat Requirements: – A strong Internet connection to work remotely – Experience using communication tools like Skype, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace – Familiarity with remote work practices and etiquettes – Mastery of English Bonus: – Experience working with data and visualization. e.g. spreadsheet, excel, tableau – Familiarity with Agile methodologies
