Hello, I am seeking a virtual assistant to handle many different daily administrative and research tasks for me. This will begin as a part-time position and move into a full-time position as you prove yourself capable to handle tasks. The pay will be $3.00 per hour with the opportunity to increase to $4.50 per hour based on your availability to commit 20-25hrs/week and work performance You must have excellent English speaking and writing skills. You must consistently have an excellent internet connection. You must be able to work during my work hours. You must be comfortable with data entry and smart enough to learn how to use tools like CRM, Various Websites, One drive. You must have experience with looking at information from County Assessor, Recorder, Treasurer Websites (attach example) You must have experience with either Google Earth Pro and/or Google Web (attach example) If you are not confident about learning new things, please do not apply to this job.
