I buy vacant land from sellers via direct mail offer letters. I am in need of an acquisitions manager to help process responses from sellers and move them through to closing the sale. The work hours for this position are very flexible and but requires someone with great communication and organizational skills. Currently this position will only require a few hours of work per week, with the opportunity for more in the future. Your role will be to work with people who respond to our letters offering to purchase their property. You will be their first contact by phone and will be their contact person throughout the process.
