I have a spreadsheet with 785 postal addresses. The addresses are all listed in one column called Address. I need them broken out into separate columns – one column for the Street Address, one column for the City, one column for the State, one column for the Zip Code and one column for the Zip4. Not every record has a Zip4. For records that only have five digit Zip Codes, the Zip4 would be blank. For records listing a nine digit Zip Code, Zip4 is the four digits on the right. For example, this Zip Code 953632826 would be broken out to list Zip Code 95363 and Zip4 2826. I have attached the spreadsheet for this project. The first four rows show the breakout results I need. I need this back to me as quickly as possible. Thanks!
