We are looking for a long term team member to help with our growing real estate finding company. We pay an hourly rate plus a per deal bonus. We need someone with attention to detail, dependable internet and power connection and who is looking for a long term position. You will be downloading data in google sheets, cleaning it up and then loading it into our SMS system and sending texts and responding to texts and loading leads into a simple for so that we can call them back. We will start at 30 minutes to 1 hour per day and then scale up if we’re both happy with the arrangement. If you are not 100% sure you will be able to work a consistent and dependable schedule, we ask you not to apply for this position.   The leads are costly for us, and we know that the conversion rate drops dramatically if we don’t call them back the SAME day they come in. THIS IS VITAL. As a trial period, we will work with you for one week – 5 to 10 hours maximum.
