Full Job Description Seeking for an administrative assistant to work directly with the Product Management Team. Create and manage item history reports in ERP System (NetSuite) and Data Self Daily communication with multiple overseas factories Collect and manage product data from factories and distribute internally via PLM data system Daily communication with internal Sales and Marketing team Provide periodic reporting for upper management and external customers Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel skills Successful candidates should be team players with the ability to meet daily deadlines, highly organized and detail oriented This position requires excellent skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have good written and oral communication skills. Computer competency, keyboarding, data entry skills, basic math skills and phone skills are required.
