Looking for assistant with insurance quoting knowledge for both personal and commercial lines products. Assistant will help resolve service request updates to current policies, produce quotes for new business packages through carrier systems and ez lynx comp rater, produce cross sell packages, perform online research for data entry for potential new leads, and various small projects at agents request. Assistant will follow work flow through ticket system, which agent will enter orders with detail on tasks to complete. Systems assistant will be using: EZ Lynx Multiple Insurance Company Rater Systems Google Suite – Drive, Gmail, Sheets, and Forms People Looker Google Search
