Based in Atlanta, Georgia, we are a modern law and consulting firm advocating for excellence, equity, and education justice alongside communities of color. We provide caregivers and change agents with the legal tools they need to protect the people and purposes that matter most to them. Our primary practice areas include education law, educational consulting, and nonprofit/social enterprise law. We are looking for a dynamic virtual assistant to complete projects that are anticipated to require approximately 15-20 hours per week. Our ideal team member is proactive, service-oriented, and self-motivated. They are organized, detail-oriented; comfortable using technology and creating automated workflows; an effective action-taker, curious and creative. The work will include the following: – Schedule meetings and manage daily calendar – Follow up on initial inquiries and answer basic client questions – Handle financial matters such as expense reports – Organize files – Manage the firm’s email accounts and other sensitive info – Draft and review documents – Create and improve workflows Skills required: – Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat – Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Adobe Pro, Google Suite and other office tools – Client-service oriented – Willingness to learn new software and teach others – {Other requirements, including type of industry, tools} Personal or professional experience with special education, nonprofits, or sales a huge plus.
