We are seeking an Administrator Assistant with Salesforce experience to support activities of sales team. We need an individual with experience using Salesforce specifically. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain Salesforce database entering Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Tasks and Opportunities • Generate outbound emails to potential leads • Customer and lead research • Task assignments and follow up • Maintain daily sales activities report • Monthly review of activities • Generate Salesforce reports and dashboards Requirements • Must have minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce in similar position • Must have strong MS Excel skills • Must have good English speaking and writing skills • Work hours will be United States Pacific Standard Time
