We are a Marketing Agency looking for an amazing Senior Social Media EXPERT for our growing team! The role will involve a combination of maintaining and growing our social media presence as well as offering social media management as a paid service to our clients. DUTIES INCLUDE: -posting, engaging and increasing growth for both our accounts and those of our clients – creating the copy and designs for the posts along with captions and hashtags when necessary – running effective paid ads -communicating effectively with clients and colleagues -offering next-level customer service YOU MUST HAVE: – Minimum 4 years of experience MANAGING social media for multiple businesses – Proven results and samples of accounts that YOU have grown – knowledge of FB’s special ads category -extensive knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and YouTube -at least a basic capability for design with programs like Canva -strong organisational skills -the ability to post ads that get results IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU -were proficient with the Adobe Suite -were comfortable with public speaking -could take the position and run with it with minimal direction -have experience with Real Estate marketing specifically WHAT WE OFFER: -a pretty awesome company culture – the opportunity to work remotely -flexible hours (no weekends or evenings) – approximately 20 hours a week with the ability to increase hours – a supportive and inclusive work environment – a laid back and results driven company – plenty of room to grow Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Possibility of Permanent Employment following 90 day contract
