I am looking for an Amazon, Shopify, and e-commerce marketplace pro with excellent experience and the ability to quickly learn my business’s needs to help us grow. Responsibilities – Help operate our e-commerce and marketplace business on a day-to-day basis – Provide seller support services – Customer support on all sales channels – Order Processing, Shipping, and Management – Product Listing & Optimization Services – Create new Listings and Optimize existing listings on all channels – Headline & Description writing – SEO Keyword search for search engine discovery – Basic Image Editing (Photoshop or Canva) – Feedback and Product review monitoring – Do a variety of relevant assigned tasks – Generating reports from marketplaces Amazon Seller Marketplace Experience is a must as this our biggest channel. – Bulk File Product Listing to create new listings and make changes to existing listings. – Help dispute Performance Account Health Issues using standard templates and following up with – Daily Account Management – New Product Launches – Listing Optimization – Review Procurement – Increase Rating & Ranking – Account Health Management – Respond to Cases Quickly and Resolve Issues Shopify store management – Listing management – Product and Category management Qualifications – Solid experience in Amazon and Shopify – Experience with Walmart.com, Etsy, Ebay, and Wish – Product Listing – Category Management – Process documentation – Ability to use external tools * Helium10 – Listing and keyword optimization (helium10.com) * Linnworks (linnworks.com) – e-commerce listing mgt, order mgt, inventory mgt, and purchase order mgt system – Strong verbal and written communication skills – Strong analytical skills – High level of accuracy and attention to detail – Ability to communicate in English; both written and conversation – Work PST Hours – Weekly Calls, Reports Thanks, we look forward to hearing from you!
