JOB DETAILS: – Salary: up to $2,600 per month – Job Type: Short-Term Contract – Hiring: 1 Full-Time Rep Immediately QUALIFICATIONS: – Sales Experience (Required) – Phone Experience (Required) – Appt Setting Experience (Required) – Positive Attitude and Work Ethic (Required) – Recruitment Experience (Preferred) – Trucking Industry Experience (Preferred) STANDARD BENEFITS: – $15/HR Guaranteed LOCATIONS DETAILS: – We are based in Boca Raton FL – We have an office in Columbus OH – You will be working remotely FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: MadCo is a trucking and logistics company based out of Columbus Ohio and we are seeking to hire a full-time appointment setter for our recruitment team! We are an open deck and specialized freight company that transports steel, building materials, machinery, and other types of cargo. You will be responsible and be a member of the recruitment team that is geared towards, communicating and closing new OTR drivers. HERE IS WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: (1) You must be a self-starter. This is a small organization that does a great deal of business, it may be an intense working environment with a lot of moving pieces daily. There are awesome systems in place, but you’ll be figuring a bit out on your own too and we need to make 120+ hires in the next 12 months. For your role, you will be calling or texting all "driver leads" until we have determined if they are qualified or not. (2) You must be totally comfortable with simple internet-based programs. Familiarity with Google Suite Apps, Hubspot CRM, AirCall Phone System, Microsft Suite Apps (Word, Excel, etc.), Training Software (SOPs), and be willing to learn others. Also, should have an above-average grasp of other internet-based apps. (Social media, DocuSign, etc.) (3) In general, you will handle our appointment setter needs for our trucking company and be responsible for scheduling up to 2-10 appointments per day. As the appt setter, you would be the applicant’s first point of contact via phone, text, message, or email 24/7/365 in order to help them qualify. We are a driver-first company so your first priority is making sure they are happy, make sure we sell them on our company and do so in an honest approach that does not backfire once they start working with us. Marketing will assist with driver inbound leads and will turn things up based on your abilities to schedule appointments. (4) Be comfortable doing other tasks outside of appointment setting for the business as we are growing, do not have enough folks to go around, and the perfect "job description" simply does not exist. This could potentially include tasks in the areas of cold calling, data entry into the crm, and paperwork review.
